Will elected REP of the people voting on health care reform nullify HCR goes against Constitution?

Whenever I see the "strict constructionists" argue that the Constitution doesn't say that the federal government can provide health care to everybody, I respond by saying that the Constitution also does not say anything about Medicare, or Social Security, or minimum wage. The truth of the matter is that we are living in the age of "loose constructionism," which means that, as a matter of law, Congress's delegated power to regulate interstate commerce can mean virtually anything at all, even the power to regulate any economic activity that is not, strictly speaking, interstate.
