Ktm knocking at low idle and when shuting down....HELP?

Hey everyone I have a problem..I have a 1998 KTM 300MXC and it is making a dull knocking sound at low idle and when I shut it down. It sounds fine when it is running, The knocking sounds like it is coming from the bottom end. Any and all help would be appreciated.
