Is sheba good for my cat?

ive done a lot of researching ..and ive also been reading alot of the ingredients on the back of foods and sheba suprised me being the only one that didnt use alot of byproducts its ingredients are literally water chicken tapioca starch and guar gum ..it certainly doesnt smell like a regular cat food ...but i was wondering since its only really the chicken thats in there ..is it nutritional for my cat? without all of the added stuff vitamins ...etc
