AEM CAI for a 1999 Dodge Neon?

I was looking at the AEM Cold Air Induction Systems w/ Dryflow Synthetic Filter System on JCWhitney.com and it says that it relocates the filter outside the engine compartment to deliver the coolest air possible... Right now i have a BOMZ CAI and it relocated the filter to be right above the headers and it also said it relocates it to get the coldest air possible... i was wondering if anyone has actually pought this and in what general area doe sit relocate it too?
