Do not listen to the comment about tramadol, that is for a totally different purpose. The allegra was given to you by prescription, correct? If that's the case you should never up a dosage without notifying your MD first. Regardless, 180 is the max dose per day because antihistamines can take a severe toll on your body. For you, I would consider divided doses- take 60 at night, 60 in the morning
