Since Ireland has both voted for and against the Lisbon Treaty, how about a 3rd referendum?

Ireland rejected the Lisbon Treaty last year. This year, they accepted it. How about a 3rd referendum next year? Or does the EU only allow do-overs when people vote the "wrong" way?
