You understanding is correct, salvation is based on faith in Jesus, not on works (Eph 2:8-9). However there is also the flip side to that being that if after you put your faith in Jesus, if you life does not change, there are no 'works' to speak of, did you actually put your faith in Jesus. But in this case it is rather that works are an evidence of faith, but not a means of salvation. Heaven and Hell are about sin, are your sins forgiven by Jesus or not? Doesn't matter how 'moral' you are if you don't have forgiveness of sins.

I generally get up about 9, have breakfast, go for a jog with my mother, come back home and go online until lunch. After lunch I usually go into town for a while or meet up with a friend. Then I come home, help cook dinner and tend to spend the rest of the night reading. :)

What to do for swollen feet.?

I am 35 weeks pregnant and 4 days ago my feet started swelling up pretty bad. I do show symptoms of preeclampsia, but I am monitored every week to make sure my symptoms do not turn into the disorder. I do not have swelling any where else but in my feet and lower legs. Can anyone tell me something to do for them other than putting them up. Oh by the way I live in Georgia and our weather just got really warm around 85 degrees could that have some thing to do with it??
