What's a fast, effective acne treatments for moderately severe acne but sensitive skin?

Not too expensive or abrasive. I currently have pretty dry, flaky skin. I get oily sometimes, too. Please HELP! I really want something to work QUICKLY! Thanks! Oh and also, Accutane is out of the question. I was told my acne isn't severe enough and it's too dangerous for me. And please, no scams. :/
