Move to israel?? any opinions would be appreciated?

I'm a gay american about to be 18 I'm fully jewish by descent but I dont really practice a religion. I am interested in in israel cause it seems like a beautiful place. I want to live in warm weather with attractive people and plus its close t europe. I have no problem doing IDF because honestly I kinda want to, it seems like it would be a good expierence. I was looking at going to Tel Aviv because it seems like the most culture and fun city and I like to have fun and party and whatnot. I speak english and french but no hebrew or arabic but I would love to learn. Opinions? Advice?
