Unless you want to run around for 2 weeks I would try to limit it, I personally love Tuscany, there is so much to see and do and Italians like to take their time and enjoy life so things can be slow sometimes! Remember you are on vacation! Florence is wonderful, I really like Sienna as well and a lot of the little villages around, like San Geminiano. Be careful driving, the roads are very curvy in Tuscany and Italians drive fast! Have a wonderful time!
