Does any1 remember ice cream bonbons? they were replaced with stuff like dibs, but their just not the same?

Have not seen them in years. Used to get them at movie theaters. I ahve made them before as well. Used a melon baller to make ice cream . Had a recipe ( Joy of Cooking maybe? ) for the hard shell chocolate. Stuck the on a toothpick to dip and put them on waxed paper to harden.
